Our Client Promise
LockerQuest removes the pain of searching for locations that are suitable for parcel locker installations.
We identify locations through our own host partner network which are within Residential Hot Spots (Slipper Distance), at Transport Hubs, in the heart of Workplace areas and on commuter journeys.
We pre-qualify locations, survey locations for suggested areas and place ourselves in the shoes of the customer, the installer and the delivery vehicles. We also lead the approval process and facilitate the installations, thinking about any specific risk assessments and method statements that are required.
Once the parcel lockers are installed; we remain the single point of contact for every location.
