Parcel locker location specialists LockerQuest are entering 2026 with strong momentum, capitalising on the continued rapid growth of parcel lockers across the UK and Europe.
As demand for out-of-home delivery rises, more businesses and site owners are monetising unused or underutilised space by hosting parcel lockers and LockerQuest is helping make that happen.
In 2025, LockerQuest managed the end-to-end onboarding of 667 lockers, bringing its total portfolio to 1,400 lockers since launch. With a healthy pipeline of new space partners, surveys underway and new locker partnerships secured, CEO Jonathan White expects the portfolio to grow by up to 50% over the next 12 months.
LockerQuest enables site owners to generate additional income and increase footfall by placing lockers in prominent, accessible locations, managing everything from surveys and installation through to ongoing account management.
By working in partnership with leading parcel locker brands including YEEP!, Amazon, Shift Collect and Thinventory, LockerQuest places lockers in high-traffic locations such as shopping centres, convenience stores, retail parks, train stations, car parks and community hubs.
Consumer demand continues to accelerate. More than 115 million parcels were delivered or returned via parcel lockers in the UK last year, with two in five UK adults using a locker during that period. Across Europe, parcel lockers have now overtaken parcel shops as the second most preferred delivery method, with deployments forecast to grow by up to 12% annually until 2027.
Jonathan White commented: “2025 was a landmark year for LockerQuest, and we’re heading into 2026 with real momentum. We’re helping businesses, particularly small and independent retailers, unlock new revenue streams by making better use of their space. By working with leading locker brands and deploying solutions quickly, we’re meeting genuine market demand while giving consumers the secure, convenient delivery options they increasingly expect.”
